2020 Clopper Lake Trail Race

The 2020 Clopper Lake Trail Race has been canceled

It is with a heavy heart that we have decided to cancel the 2020 Clopper Lake Trail Race. Based on the numbers, we simply cannot afford to move forward. Race swag needs to be purchased in bulk, with minimum orders of 100 for shirts and medals. With only 14 people currently registered, we are nowhere near the minimum number of registrants required to break-even.

For those of you who registered, we will refund you the full amount you paid for the race. Alternatively, you have the option to transfer your registration to the virtual Spook Hill Cider & Wine 4 Mile Run at no additional cost. If you would like to transfer, please let us know by September 10. If we do not hear from you by then, we will process your full refund.

I am extremely grateful to all of you for having shown your support by registering for this year’s event and I’m sorry to disappoint you by canceling it. I hope you understand and will consider participating in the future, once in-person races can resume. Until then, stay healthy and stay safe.
