2018 Crib Crawl 5K

Join the Maryland Association of Social Services Boards (MASSB) in partnership with the Frederick County Department of Social Services Board of Directors for our annual 5K Crib Crawl on October 13, 2018. The Crib Crawl 5k and silent auction raises money to assist families in need where federal funding does not exist. Monies raised from this event will buy life-saving pack-n-plays for families without proper sleeping arrangements for children in their care. In addition, to reduce risk of accidental poisoning, families can request a free lock box to ensure harmful medications stay out of the hands of little ones. For just under $100 our cost, families in need will receive a free pack-n-play and medication lock boxes to help keep children safe.

The race will be held at Baker Park in Frederick, MD and will be timed by Overland timing. Prizes for the 5K will be awarded to the overall male and female winners. Shirts will be provided to everyone that pre-registers before September 4, 2018. Each participant will be entered into a drawing for door prizes.
